Before we write a proposal, we sit with you. Not to pitch, to understand. What you build should come out of that conversation, not out of assumptions made before it happened.
Why we work this way
We've seen what happens when agencies jump straight to building. Projects get delivered on time, on brief, and miss the point entirely, because nobody stopped to ask whether the brief was right.
The most expensive mistake in digital isn't bad code. It's building the wrong thing with good code. We decided early on that we'd rather take longer to start than rush into the wrong direction.
That means more questions at the beginning. It means the brief sometimes changes. It means you might leave our first conversation with a different plan than the one you arrived with. That's not us knowing better, it's us working through it with you.

We work well with founders, growth-stage companies, and established businesses who value honest conversations over polished presentations.
We're probably not the right fit if you have a fully locked spec and need it executed without discussion. We work best when there's still room to ask questions.
How we operate
Four things that don't change.
We ask first.
Every engagement starts with questions, not a proposal. What are you trying to solve? Who is this for? What does success look like in six months? We've found that the answers to those questions shape better work than any brief that arrives without them.
You work with the people doing the work.
There are no account managers between you and the team. The person in your first call is the same person making decisions about your product. That's not a feature, it's why we stay small. Smaller means closer.
We say when something isn't right for us.
If a project needs something we can't do well, or if a better solution exists that doesn't involve us building anything, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a project than take your budget and deliver something that doesn't serve you.
Nothing is decided without you knowing.
Scope, budget, timelines, technical decisions, none of it changes without a conversation first. You're not a recipient of our work. You're part of how it gets made.

Official .rw Registrar
One of Rwanda's few certified domain registrars. We can register and manage official .rw domains, a credential most agencies in Rwanda cannot offer.
